Products and Prices

All prices are shown with VAT included and in euros. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you complete the purchase and are set out in the shipping policy.

Photographs and descriptions are indicative. A product may show variations in finish without this affecting its features or how it works.

Orders and Payment

The order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email. The available payment methods are the ones shown during checkout.

If you are a business or a professional and need an invoice, give us your tax details when placing the order.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs by destination are detailed in the shipping policy. Times are estimates and are counted in working days from the moment the order leaves the warehouse.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under Spanish consumer law. The conditions and the procedure are set out in the returns policy.

Legal Guarantee

Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Spanish consumer law. If a product arrives faulty or stops working within that period, write to us and we will resolve it by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as appropriate.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the applicable rules determine which courts have jurisdiction, and these conditions impose no other venue on you.
