Shipping Policy

All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain.

Processing and Delivery Times

We prepare your order within 24-48 working hours. Once it leaves our warehouse, the usual delivery time is:

• Mainland Spain: 24-72 h.
• Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-7 working days.
• Rest of the European Union: 5-10 working days.

The exact time depends on the destination and the carrier.

Shipping Costs

• Mainland Spain: free shipping.
• Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €100.
• Rest of the European Union: €100.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to import taxes and customs procedures at destination, payable by the person receiving the order.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.
