Terms of the “Don’t Pay for Paper for a Year” Giveaway

1. Organizing company

The company organizing the giveaway is TWO MILLIONS DREAMS S.L. (hereinafter, the Organizer), with Tax ID B13744396 and registered office at Calle Correa de Araujo no. 2, 41702 Dos Hermanas (Seville), Spain, owner of the store photobooth360store.com. For any matter related to this giveaway, the only contact channel is hello@photobooth360store.com.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social network or by DNP, whose products are awarded as a prize without implying any relationship between that manufacturer and this promotion.

2. Nature of the giveaway and free entry

Participation is free and is not subject to the purchase of any product or service. There is no additional cost to enter beyond the internet access charges agreed with the participant’s service provider.

3. Territorial scope and eligible participants

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over residing in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany or Italy, who are the holders of the email address and phone number provided.

The following are not eligible to participate:

• Partners, directors and employees of the Organizer, as well as their relatives up to the second degree by blood or marriage.
• People who work for supplier or partner companies that have been involved in preparing this promotion.
• Anyone who provides false or incomplete data, or data belonging to third parties.

Only one entry per person is allowed, identified by their email address. If the same person signs up multiple times, all their entries will count as a single participation.

4. Entry period

The entry window opens on September 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Spain mainland time). Entries submitted outside this window will not be included in the draw.

The period starts on September 1 because that is when registration opened on the website, so anyone who signed up from that date takes part on equal terms.

5. How to enter

To take part, simply fill out the newsletter signup form shown on photobooth360store.com, either in the subscription pop‑up or in the block at the bottom of the pages, providing your name, email address, and phone number.

Signing up means you are added to the Photobooth360Store newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link included in each email, without this affecting your participation in the draw.

6. Prize

The prize draw offers a single prize: the printer paper needed by the winner’s photo booth for twelve months, supplied as twelve boxes of DNP thermal paper, one per month, in the format and model compatible with their printer, up to a total maximum value of €1,200 VAT included.

As a guide, a box of DNP 10 × 15 cm paper yields between 300 and 1,400 prints depending on the printer model, so twelve boxes cover the typical usage of a photo booth that does around four events per month.

The prize includes free shipping for each delivery to the address specified by the winner within the territorial scope of clause 3.

The prize does not include: a printer or any other equipment, consumables other than paper, formats not sold by the Organizer, or a cash alternative. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, and it cannot be swapped for other products in the catalog.

If any format becomes unavailable during the delivery period, the Organizer will replace it with another of equivalent characteristics and value.

7. Selecting the winner

The draw will take place on January 15, 2027 using a computerized random system among all valid entries, and it will be recorded in an internal report that the Organizer will keep and may share with any participant who requests it by email.

Additionally, three alternates will be chosen, in order, who will receive the prize if the winner cannot be reached, does not accept the prize, or does not meet the requirements of these terms.

8. Prize notification and acceptance

The Organizer will notify the winner by email at the address provided at registration within seven calendar days after the draw.

The winner must reply accepting the prize within ten calendar days from the time that message is sent, and provide the details needed for delivery: full name, ID, shipping address, phone number, and printer model. If there is no reply within that period, the prize will pass to the first alternate.

Acceptance of the prize authorizes the Organizer to publish the first name and province or country of the winner on its website and channels, solely to confirm the outcome of the draw. No photos, full surnames, or any other data will be published, and this authorization does not entail any compensation.

9. Prize delivery

The first box will be shipped within thirty calendar days after the prize is accepted, and the remaining eleven will be sent at a rate of one per month, on an approximate date agreed with the winner. Unused deliveries cannot be carried over beyond twelve months from the first shipment.

10. Tax information

The prize in this draw is a benefit in kind and constitutes a capital gain subject to the tax rules applicable in the winner’s country of residence.

For residents in Spain, since this is a benefit in kind valued at more than €300, the Organizer will calculate and pay the applicable withholding on Personal Income Tax at its own expense, and will provide the winner with the corresponding certificate so they can include the prize in their tax return. The obligation to declare the prize rests with the winner.

Residents of other countries are responsible for complying with the tax obligations set out in their own laws.

11. Data protection

The data provided will be processed for two purposes: managing entry into the giveaway and delivering the prize, and sending the commercial newsletter from Photobooth360Store. The legal basis for both types of processing is the consent given when submitting the registration form, and it can be withdrawn at any time, including unsubscribing from the newsletter, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data from non winning entries will be kept for the duration of the giveaway and for the limitation period of any potential claims, while newsletter subscription data will be kept until unsubscribed. The winner’s data will be kept for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations.

Data may be processed by the Organizer’s service providers, such as the store platform, email delivery and shipping, always as data processors and with the safeguards required by law. Data will not be shared with third parties for other purposes or sold.

Anyone can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@photobooth360store.com, and may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. More information in the privacy policy.

12. Reservations and limitations

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these terms, provides false information or uses fraudulent means, including creating multiple email accounts, using automated systems or impersonating another person, and to reclaim any prize already delivered if the breach is detected afterwards.

If for reasons beyond its control the giveaway cannot be held under the stated conditions, the Organizer may modify these terms or cancel the promotion, notifying it through the same channels where it was published and without creating any right to compensation. Under no circumstances will a modification disadvantage anyone who has already participated.

The Organizer is not responsible for issues beyond its control that prevent receipt of the prize notification, such as an incorrectly written email address, a full inbox or a spam filter.

13. Acceptance of the terms and applicable law

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and of the Organizer’s criteria in resolving any matter arising from the promotion.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the competent courts will be those determined by consumer protection regulations, which grant participants the right to go to the courts of their domicile.

The terms are permanently and freely available on this page throughout the entire participation period.
