Terms of the “Don’t Pay for Paper for a Year” Giveaway
1. Organizing company
The organizer of the giveaway is TWO MILLIONS DREAMS S.L. (hereinafter, the Organizer), with Tax ID B13744396 and registered office at Calle Correa de Araujo no. 2, 41702 Dos Hermanas (Seville), Spain, owner of the store photobooth360store.com. For any questions related to this giveaway, the only contact channel is hello@photobooth360store.com.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social network or by DNP, whose products are awarded as a prize without implying any relationship between that manufacturer and this promotion.
2. Nature of the giveaway and free entry
Participation is free and does not require the purchase of any product or service. There are no additional costs to take part other than those the participant already pays their internet provider for access.
3. Territorial scope and eligible participants
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over residing in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany or Italy, who are the holders of the email address and phone number provided.
The following are not eligible to participate:
- Partners, directors and employees of the Organizer, as well as their relatives up to the second degree by blood or marriage.
- People who work for supplier or partner companies that took part in preparing this promotion.
- Anyone who provides false or incomplete data, or data belonging to third parties.
Only one entry per person is allowed, identified by their email address. If the same person registers multiple times, all their registrations will count as a single entry.
4. Entry period
The entry window opened on September 1, 2026 and remains open, with no planned closing date. Every valid entry goes into the draw as long as the entry period remains open.
The Organizer will announce the closing date on this same page and by email to registered participants, with a minimum notice of thirty calendar days. Entries submitted after the announced closing date will not be included in the draw.
The period runs from September 1 because that is when registration opened on the website, so anyone who signed up from that date participates on equal terms.
5. How to enter
To participate, simply fill out the newsletter signup form shown on photobooth360store.com, either in the subscription pop up or in the block at the bottom of the pages, providing a name, email address, and phone number.
Signing up subscribes you to the Photobooth360Store newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email, without this affecting your participation in the draw.
6. Prize
The draw is for a single prize: the printing paper needed by the winner’s photo booth for twelve months, delivered as twelve boxes of DNP thermal paper, one per month, in the format and model compatible with their printer, up to a total maximum value of €1,200 VAT included.
As a guide, one box of DNP 10 × 15 cm paper yields between 300 and 1,400 prints depending on the printer model, so twelve boxes cover the typical usage of a photo booth doing around four events per month.
The prize includes free shipping for each delivery to the address provided by the winner within the territorial scope of clause 3.
The prize does not include: a printer or any other equipment, consumables other than paper, formats not marketed by the Organizer, or payment of the amount in cash. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, and it cannot be swapped for other products in the catalog.
If any of the formats becomes unavailable during the delivery period, the Organizer will replace it with another of equivalent features and value.
7. Selecting the winner
The drawing will take place within fifteen calendar days after the close of the entry period referred to in clause 4, using a computerized random system among all valid entries, and it will be documented in an internal record that the Organizer will keep and may provide to any participant who requests it by email.
8. Notifying and accepting the prize
The Organizer will notify the result to the winner by email at the address provided during registration, within seven calendar days after the drawing.
The winner must reply accepting the prize within ten calendar days from the date of that notice, and provide the information needed for delivery: full name, ID document, shipping address, phone number, and printer model. If there is no reply within that period, they will forfeit the prize and the Organizer will hold a new drawing among the remaining valid entries, under the same rules, until it can be awarded.
Acceptance of the prize authorizes the Organizer to publish the first name and province or country of the winner on its website and channels, solely to certify the result of the drawing. No photos, full surnames, or any other data will be published, and this authorization does not give rise to any compensation.
9. Prize delivery
The first box will be shipped within thirty calendar days after the prize is accepted, and the remaining eleven at a rate of one per month, on the approximate date agreed with the winner. Unused deliveries cannot be carried over beyond twelve months from the first one.
10. Tax information
The prize in this drawing is a non‑cash capital gain subject to the tax regulations applicable in the winner’s country of residence.
The Organizer will withhold or make advance payments as required by law as the prize payer and will provide the winner with the corresponding certificate.
The obligation to report the prize rests with the winner, who will be responsible for meeting the tax obligations established by the legislation of their country of residence.
11. Data protection

The data provided will be processed for two purposes: to manage entry into the giveaway and the delivery of the prize, and to send the commercial newsletter from Photobooth360Store. The legal basis for both processes is the consent given when submitting the registration form, and it can be withdrawn at any time, including unsubscribing from the newsletter, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Data from non-winning entries will be kept for the duration of the giveaway and for the limitation period of any potential claims. Newsletter signup data will be retained until unsubscribe is requested. The winner’s data will be kept for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations.
Data may be processed by the Organizer’s service providers, such as the store platform, email delivery, and shipping, always as processors and with the safeguards required by law. It will not be shared with third parties for other purposes or sold.
Anyone can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to hello@photobooth360store.com, and can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or with the supervisory authority in their country of residence. 12. Reservations and limitations
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these terms, provides false information, or uses fraudulent means, including creating multiple email accounts, using automated systems, or impersonating another person, and to reclaim any prize already delivered if a breach is detected later.
If for reasons beyond its control the giveaway cannot be held under the stated conditions, the Organizer may amend these terms or cancel the promotion, announcing it through the same channels where it was published, without giving rise to compensation. Under no circumstances may a change harm anyone who has already entered.
The Organizer is not responsible for issues beyond its control that prevent receipt of the prize notification, such as a mistyped email address, a full inbox, or a spam filter.
13. Acceptance of the terms and applicable law
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and of the Organizer’s decision on any matter arising from the promotion.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the competent courts will be those determined by consumer protection regulations, which grant participants the right to go before the courts of their domicile.
The terms will remain available free of charge on this page while the entry period is open and until the prize is delivered.
